About Us

Located in Cut-n-Shoot, Texas, T & S Machine Co., Inc. was established in 1975 by Travis and Sandra Welch. Travis has been a machinist in the industry for several years. The operation quickly grew to include many CNC Lathes and over 60 employees. In the middle 1980’s the oil industries slowed considerably. T & S Machine Co. reduced its work force to around 20 employees and continues to machine parts for various customers. Travis & Sandra Welch continue to work at T & S Machine Co. today. Also four of the Welch children are now involved in the business. Some of the other employees have been with T & S Machine as long as 30 years.

We at T & S Machine Co., Inc. are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality products at the best prices, with the delivery schedule to meet your needs. Our goal is to provide all of our customers, both large and small, with the highest quality products.

The facility, with central air and heat, occupies 25,000 square feet. Our skilled employees produce quality parts which are used by the manufacturing industry in many applications.

Through years of experience, trial and error has given us the knowledge to machine parts out of virtually any industrial material. Whether it be brass, aluminum, plastic, cold-rolled, stainless or carbon steel, we can do it. In addition to our operations, we have a well-established group of specialized vendors to perform heat-treating, plating and other custom processes.
